The ROK in action! (It's a fiddly little machine, but it does produce the goods! Smile )

I can confirm that the KitchenAid Espresso machine is up to the challenge of producing a pretty decent cup of coffee!

Those are amazing photographs Irinikus! Scream

Do you mind if I ask what camera are you using?

I've been thinking about getting a helmet cam, so I can film feeding my ducks, because I need to use both hands (50 pound bag of whole corn, I can lift it with one hand but I can't pour it).

RE: Coffee Anyone?
I didn't shoot these photos with a particularly good camera, as I just used my iPhone 11 Pro.

The problem that you face with most entry-level digital cameras is their inability to shoot good pictures under low light conditions, as they usually feature small sensors.

If you want to take good footage under low light conditions, I would suggest that you look to acquire a full-format camera, but they unfortunately don't come cheap!

This is why I've stopped making new YouTube videos for the moment. I wish to acquire a Canaon C100 MKII for this purpose, but I unfortunately have a long list of things to get to first!  Mad

I love the ducks, by the way! Smile

Thanks, I love my duckies too. To the point of 75 pounds of food every day. My digital DSLR is a Pentax K-r, I like it well enough but it's a beast quite unsuited to being used with a headstrap as a forehead cam. I've also got a vintage Nikon F4, which was state of the art when it first came out, but I haven't bought any film for it in decades. My interim camera between the two is a Fuji Finepix 3800, which is what I used to take the duck picture... Heart

RE: Coffee Anyone?
Are they ducks that you raise or are they wild ducks that come to your house for food?

Raion, they are 100 percent wild ducks, about 130 of them. Scream

They're friendly toward me but otherwise they avoid people like the plague. I also feed deer, raccoons, possums, squirrels, birds and chipmunks. My backyard is a regular wild kingdom. Biggrin

RE: Coffee Anyone?
I gotcha. In my area, deer damage plum, fig and persimmon trees on my property, so we shoot them and let hunters hunt them in season. But I suppose if you've not got a garden, that's fine.

And I see, ever had duck egg mayonnaise? It's a big condiment in Southern China right now, and I had it when I was there in 2016. Was pretty tasty.

RE: Coffee Anyone?
Duck egg mayonnaise? I had no idea that was a thing, or that it was even possible to farm ducks! I'm vegetarian, but not vegan so I do consume some dairy, but never chicken eggs because the egg farmers kill billions of newly hatched mail chickens every year. However, now they're saying they can use Crispr to see to it that laying hens never produce mail eggs. Once that's adopted everywhere I'll probably add free-range chicken eggs to my dairy...

I do have a GoPro Hero 5 Session that I’ve head mounted while flying. It’s very light and works reasonably well under good light conditions.
