O2 powers on, Makes Jingle but blank video output
Hello all,

I seem to be facing an issue with my o2 where it powers on and makes the jingle. But no video output is coming out of it. Video was coming out of it before, But now it just shows a blank screen. I checked the back cables and they seem they are in good.

Images shown are whats going on. https://imgur.com/vWP5No8

I did clean my o2 with an air duster. But it seemed to not do anything. I haven't touched it for a month and i recall it working fine. Even after i plugged my Dell into it.

Okay so maybe not 100% true but your LCD doesn't support SOG: https://www.manualslib.com/products/Hp-L...37901.html

There MAY have been a way to change the O2 mode as the O2 DOES output BOTH SOG and H/V sync. Likely your monitor is confused (possibly). I used SOG LCDs on all my SGI to avoid any issues. If you have an old syncmaster or Dell 4:3 LCD...they normally take SOG or at least tolerate it. Your manual claims it should go to sleep if it's missing its h/V sync signals. So if it's not sleeping then it may be just be confused? I'd start there in that perhaps a custom setting on the O2 made this monitor work and now that setting is lost to the NVRAM reset or something?

I guess i will try there. I do have a monitor up in my attic somewhere that is a 4:3 dell monitor. I don't know if plugging in my dell precision made it a problem or what.
