What game are you currently playing?
I'm currently busy with Read Dead Redemption II on the PS4 Pro, and it's impressive!

In a way it kind of reminds me of: "The Call of Juarez!!!"

I really loved "Father Ray McCall" in that game!!!!!

I've been doing a lot of Star Citizen recently. Last night my organization took an Aegis Hammerhead out and we engaged in combat with another org. We lost (our Hammerhead blew up), but it was still a good fight. If we could have destroyed one of the other ships, we might have stood a chance.

It looks awesome!!!!!!

The problem is that there are too many awesome games nowadays, and not enough time to play them all and still get around to doing everything else! :(

I used to be a heavy gamer, but since I got into retro computing in around about 2012, I've been so preoccupied with the hobby, that gaming has kind of fallen away!!! Nowadays I kind of have to force myself to sit down and play a game, but once I start playing, it's usually an all-nighter!!!

(Hence consoles have become far more important to me today, as spending $1000's on gaming rigs that become obsolete in no time, just isn't fun anymore!!! )

I say again, "The PS5 will be a game changer!!!!"

Star Citizen is awesome! It's in alpha, so it's very buggy. I've had ships refuse to spawn when I click "Retrieve" at the ship console, I've had random deaths for no apparent reason, and I've aUEC (ingame currency) due to the server crashing while doing a cargo haul. Other fun bugs: not auto-joining "Global Chat", or chats not appearing at all in my helmet visor. It's buggy, but like I said earlier - it's in alpha, so bugs are to be expected. Other than that, I've been having a TON of fun with it.

I'll be trying Subnautica a bit later this month. The only other games I still play are Guild Wars 2 and WoW. I tried Star Citizen about a year ago, not wildly impressed. It looks like that game is stuck in development limbo.  Thinking

RE: What game are you currently playing?
I've just finished Metro Exodus. It was excellent in my opinion!

The PS4 Pro performed well here! The game was operating pretty much at the limits of its ability, but looked truly awesome.

PC just isn't better enough to justify it's extreme price!!! (The current generation consoles have stunning performance, I'm truly looking forward to the next generation!)

Fallout 4 is up next and this will pretty much close out my gaming on the PS4.

I'll only play The Ghost of Tsushima, when the PS5 comes out!

I'm currently playing heavily modded Fallout 4 VR, and am working on my own mods. Seeing it in VR is amazing...love to just stand there on a cliff's edge, looking out over that blasted, reclaimed-by-nature landscape, with Dogmeat at my side.

I checked out the VR ports of Skyrim and FO4 briefly, and then promptly ignored them because they're not heavily updated enough to make it worth it.

RE: What game are you currently playing?
If PlayStation offers a more up to date VR option with the PS5 I’ll be willing to play around with it.

Currently playing Death Stranding on my home built PC, running a 14-core I9 7940x and dual Nvlink 2080s with 64 gigs of RAM on a 120hz Acer Predator @ 3400x1440.

It. Looks. Freaking. AMAZING.

Subnautica is one of my favorite games ever, you shouldn't wait any longer! Try it, you'll be glad you did :-)
