He seems to have solved with the zlib, now he asks me for the libtiff..... The never-ending story 🤣🤣

I have to reluctantly conclude that your IRIX installation is dorked, the libraries you are receiving complaints about are standard system libraries that in a normal installation are all located in one or another of the system's default library search paths. Or, perhaps more to the point, in a normal IRIX installation the  error messages you're receiving would never occur.
