and after this I got several options I chose the AUTO and I wonder if I wanted to erase the disk, I accepted and deleted the disk and I reinstalled IRIX 6.5.5 and this time it worked

You might as well take it to 6.5.22 if you want to use any of the okx (current) nekoware apps.
