Can we create forum for SGI 320/540 visual workstations?
Just following up from a youtube comment thread.

There's a guy who has the drivers for these workstations and he needs a space to upload them. 

I've been looking for these drivers for months so having a place to preserve them online would be amazing for those wanting to keep these machines alive.

I am not focusing on those in the scope of this website or server, though you're welcomed to crowdsource for help with that.

You can upload files to preterhuman.net Hotline or KDX server and it will be there for decades to come (look at how long he's run the server thus far, since 2001). Already tons of SGI stuff in there. More info at https://preterhuman.net/gethotlinekdx.php

glad to see a hotline server is still going. I see they have some nice old IRIX4 and IRIX5 stuff, currently downloading Smile I was on a holtline server called b.nodelock.net for a long time, got a lot of great SGI stuff there

Ah, not familiar with them! But yeah netfreak's server is probably the longest continuously-running on either Hotline or KDX. Few ppl are as dedicated to running a server like that, especially with open access, decent upstream bandwidth and tons of storage.

So I found the drivers on one of my external HDDs and I have uploaded them to both Preterhuman's KDX server and Archive.org. Then there were a few more posted in a zip file to that YouTube comment section which I added in as well.

Here's the drivers for the 320/540 on Archive.org:
