I was looking at that post, but that rom is bigger than one that i have. Twice as big, and it just won't fit

I wanted to point you to https://web.archive.org/web/200807191230...troms.html, but it looks like they never had the ROM code for the SPARCstation LX available (actual archive of downloads here: https://archive.org/download/sunshack_bootroms).

May I ask why you need a newer firmware for yours? I have two SPARCclassics (similar if not identical to SPARCstation LX) and both work flawlessly with NetBSD (here's a log for one of them: https://dmesgd.nycbug.org/index.cgi?do=view&id=6962). Though I couldn't find what firmware level they actually have, seems like I didn't take notes and they're in storage currently.

I generally trying to update obp on all of my sun machines, when i updated it on blade 1000 i finally can use any usb keyboard instead of type 7. Maybe there would be something new or speed improvements

And another question, sparcstation power supply went crazy for a moment and +5v line became 6v (5.8v) for some time. Is motherboard dead because of that? After this it shows no sights of live on screen and terminal connection, and I'm starting to worry about it. +12v line didn't change.
