I recently picked up an Intellistation POWER 275 and an RS/6000 43P-140. They came with a couple external SCSI hard drives, an external tape drive, and an external DVD drive - one that takes DVD-RAM cartridges! Additionally, a bunch of patch CDs and a 2004 pSeries DEMOpkg were included.
The Intellistation has 2x 1.45GHz POWER4+, 8GB RAM, GXT6500P graphics, and a bunch of wiped drives. The 43P has a 233MHz 604e, no graphics (yet), a couple of hard drives (one with AIX 5.1), and 128MB RAM. Right now, I'm installing AIX 7.1 on the Intellistation and it's going to be quite a learning experience because I have no experience in using AIX and little experience in unix as a whole.
