No but it will actually in the future integrate with our forum. Currently we allow image attachments through the forum but in the future you will be able to just upload your images to the image board and then they will feed directly into the site

That is unrelated. It looks like a database issue of some kind, I'll figure it out when I have a moment.

Edit: server ran out of space on the root disk and my notifications script failed. Fixing it now

All right it looks like we have a case of database corruption from this but I'm still working on restoring services to the wiki and such. We should not lose any wiki data, and as for image gallery we should be able to restore but it might lose some of the more recent images. I'm sorry about this guys but unfortunately there's not always something that I can do. The images are there but if the database doesn't have the metadata (and MariaDB is hard to do frequent backups of for reasons I won't get into) it's likely that some of you will need to re-up your images but it hopefully won't be that bad because my last backup was from only 30 days ago or so.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience guys but yes to answer your question we will be migrating every bit of data. I will be keeping the backups of the original as well in case of any problems when we go for migration.

No worries, i find the idea of imageboard pretty good. Its a also a very good idea to do backups of the website.

I get criticized a lot for doing things a specific way especially by people off site but at the end of the day it's one of those things that I don't trust large providers to keep us safe. Early on I used vultr and they were of little help when things started falling apart.

I'm also not a fan of how Amazon and other big tech companies have their fingers in the pie of most of the internet so I try to work with smaller providers whenever possible or feasible.
