Hello Again,

I am back with some more annoying questions! Biggrin

Firstly,  I bought Nec JC-1581VMW MultiSync A500.

it boots up but it seems like it just displays a black screen right after the maintenance screen. Monitor is on but nothing shows after a few minutes. IT works fine on my LCD montior, Everything is plugged in as well.

The A500+ manual says:
Quote:1280x1024 @ 55 to 66 Hz
This is not enough to sync to the SGI default mode, 1280x1024 @ 72 Hz.
You could try "setmon -n 60hz"

That worked btw. I had to use a second monitor to set the refresh rate to a lower level.
