I don't know. I have all the patches I was able to get for 6.5.22 and .30.
At this point I'd say you may just need to bite the bitter pill and reimage. Boot into the miniroot after you get a network install going, go into the admin sub menu and mkfs on the drive to get rid of the installation, then install and reinstall your setup. I have guides in our wiki on ways to do this.

Why not do the miniroot upgrade? Don't you only need the patch for a live upgrade? The miniroot install doesn't require the patch, right? So just do the offline upgrade to 6.5.22.

At least, I can't seem to find it. Doing a find in swmgr for "5086" (sans quotes) returns 0 matches found.
Patch 5086 should be in the "installtools" subdirectory of Overlays Disc 1. Unless you specifically add that subdirectory, it won't be visible in swmgr.
