very slow inter-network connection to Tezro
Hi all,

so lets say I have a o2, Tezro and win7 box.

o2 <--> win7 box network speed is good
o2 <--> Tezro network speed is good
Tezro <--> internet speed is good
Tezro <--> win7 box is a problem. I get very slow transfer rates, if I download a file from Tezro to win7 I get about 100MB/sec, if I upload from win7 to Tezro I get about about 180Kb/sec.

I changed the cat5 cables and bought a new 1GB switch, anyone have an idea what I should be looking at?

I can't really advise that to much as I use a Solaris zone running nfsd to share files, but Windows has extremely bad network performance for various applications. Investing in a central NFS server will save you a lot of headache

All I can say is I've used my O350 for _years_ to serve files to Windows clients, and that always worked fine. Windows XP, XP64, Windows 7 and now Windows 10. I'm using Samba on the IRIX end.
