Is this program on the FTP site to change your LMhost ID (Ethernet Address)?

I have been trying to find a way to port my SI3D 4.0 License from my O2 to my Octane. The irony is when I purchased the license from Avid back in 2002, it was for my Octane. When I purchased an O2 a few years later (2009), I had my license ported to the o2 (emailed me a new .lic file). Sometime after, I sold the Octane but kept the hard drives - At that time I didnt know about the System ID module that I should have kept.
Anyways, I recently got another Octane and I was hoping I can change my LMhost ID to my original Octane so I can port SI to the faster machine.
