To solve the issue of finding enough drive blanks for my Onyx, I went ahead and created an easy-to-print blank. I originally modeled the factory drive blanks but they turned out to be rather complicated when it came to successfully printing them. This is a more primitive design, making it easier to print and straightforward to install.

I need to make one of these for my Crimson.

I modeled the original blanks for the Crimson and ran into the same issue as with the Onyx. I’ll take a look and see if I can figure out a more primitive design that works and is easy to print. The trouble with the Crimson is that the blanks have a bending latch on them and printing those can be tricky.

I’ll revisit my previous work and see if I can’t come up with a good solution!
