Ok, so finally legal issues are out of the way.

I got in a wreck. Got trapped on a rural road with no turning lane, an old douche was trying to turn left (keep in mind, this is the US so tis a cross traffic turn) and he wasn't over all the way. I tried to go on the right but there wasn't enough room, and he reversed into my car to get a better angle. Had to fight the insurance and ticket I got because my cam proved he had reversed for an instant before hand, which was illegal.

I only had to pay for his car, but with the new evidence I managed to get it settled via arbitration and he got a reduced settlement for his car, and I got no marks on my record. Also, because my name is uncommon the police misspelled it and I don't appear to be in any danger on my record. Thank the gods.
