RE: SGI prices
Hi,
The forum owner will likely tell you he’s asked people not to directly comment on pricing due to several issues that can happen with fixing, fraud, and manipulation.  I’m sure several of us can PM you, but not post pricing as it’s subjective per region/continent and machine condition.

I’m assuming first Machine is a Tezro and other two are Octane stations.

Several important things you need to add to get a good, overall, picture.

1.Outward condition of plastics.  These break so easily that often they lead pricing.  How good are the plastics?

2. Are the Octanes really Octane2 (blue plastics)?  Or are they Green Octanes (as I suspect).  If green do they have all their plastics and do they have the old 3D logo or the newer SGI logo on the front?

3. Because this was part of a system, do you have the external VBOB (huge blue flat box the video connectors went into and the white and black rare LVDS cables that attached the Tezro the VBOB?

4. Is there a drive array (fiber, external)?

5. License, is the license file still present and valid for the Smoke system?

6. If the answer to 3-5 is NO, then the parts aren’t fit to run as the entire (expensive system) they once were and therefore it’s former life has no value.  The value is now the machines and not the entire software setup they used to be apart of. If you’d managed to preserve the hardware and software to make a complete smoke system that would have added a lot of value.  But since you cannot license it anymore, nor get any missing parts easily, any missing elements means a non-functioning setup so no value there.

7. Perhaps it’s easier to tell us what you want and the asking price or your price range. All the systems have value if they boot.  The Tezro has the most value by far, given what’s in it.

That’s likely as far as anyone will tell you publicly without you phrasing the question as what you want to spend or more about their condition.
