8 Bit Guy and RetroManCave are the two YouTubers that I watched their retr0brite videos to get ideas from as well, the 8 Bit Guy comparison video is the reason I decided to go with the developer liquid + water.
I will say if you get the Salon Care developer don't buy it on Amazon or anything, its ~$20 on Amazon for 32oz but from a beauty supply like Sally Beauty its ~$5
