UDP flooding?
Anyone else noticing a massive increase in UDP traffic on their webservers just now? Mine's getting bombarded like I've never seen before... :s

Yeah, there was a SYN/UDP flood that hit the East Coast infrastructure and took down Cloudflare.

Using iptraf it's normal to see my webserver get hit by random port sniffers about once every five seconds, but what I saw a month ago it was crazy, thankfully whoever's botnet was doing it must have been taken down. I looked but I didn't see any news about it at any of the usual outlets...
