Fire Emblem
Over the years I've started to really enjoy anime-style games with various strategy elements. Shining Force, Namco X Capcom, etc. But my favorite has to be Intelligent Systems' Fire Emblem. The games have amazing graphics, good game play, and it really teaches good use of characters. I may have to retry scenarios a lot (and I do, I don't like losing units) but it's rewarding as hell.

Anyone else a fan?

RE: Fire Emblem
Fire Emblem is a favorite of mine as well, though I do need to go back and play more of the pre-Awakening games. Three Houses was fantastic and the "Persona-like" additions and activities only enhanced things in my mind.

I'm actually planning on starting up the translated NES original soon to see how it played and how far the series has come.
