Happy Thanksgiving, if you celebrate it.

Thanks to a kind member, we have a very nice theme which matches up the look-and-feel quite nicely to the rest of the forum. 

Please allow me to explain this change and what it entails:

CrossBB is the new theme we're using. If you want BootBB back, you can STILL use it. Just go to:

UserCP > Edit Options > Select BootBB.

If you were using "Default" you can also select that as well.

The look and feel has been updated to make it more easy to access other parts of the site, and also just make the site in general more usable. 

I've been testing this for 3 days with a small subset of users, and there's few reported complaints. if you notice any issues or have any feedback, do let me know!

We're aware of the mobile theme having less features than BootBB - if this is an issue, please switch back to BootBB - due to limitations in MyBB's theming engine our ability to fix this is limited. 

Let me also address donations. We're now accepting donations again. You have TWO options:

1. One-time donations via paypal. I've added a paypal link for those who don't want to sign up for Patreon for recurring donations. 
2. Patreon - this is for recurring donations or subscriptions.

As I'm currently self-funding this on a very limited income, this has come back to help me supplement my situation better.  

Currently, as it stands, here's a breakdown of expenses:

Domains: Approx $40/year for both irixnet.org and irix.cc (the old domain name - which I'm keeping for SEO reasons)

Main web servers: $250/year - these are VPS servers we're using

Storage servers for nekofiles, sgifiles, archive.irixnet.org, backups, and future storage-heavy applications: $60/mo 

This breaks down to about $80-90/mo for me to run the site. Any excess will be reinvested in development and features for the sites. 

Any requests from people donating will be taken seriously, feel free to PM me here, on Patreon, or at my email/discord id if you have any questions or concerns. I prefer to hire for development work from within active users, so you are helping your fellow users on that front.
