That's still a lovely little machine and hopefully you can revive it again. I suspect somebody pulled the components for keepsakes, can't image they have much resale value on their own?!

Exactly! The seller told me the similar story—he think, someone can't "steal" the whole machine so "steal" only its components.

I finished cleaning the PSU. And then turned in on. The transformer is buzzing well, it is good. Next, I installed the PSU into the chassis. The cooler starts working, after some time green led is up. Great! Now I know the PSU is working. Now I need to find all lacking parts.
