Yeah, but you also don't have perspective correction, Z-buffering, or any of the other high-level things.
The saturn is also affine when doing 3D, but the only major issue with Saturn games you'll see is either no transparency (object popup) or poor effects, such as dithering. Looking at games like say Nights Into Dreams, you can see that the Saturn's quads can produce a much cleaner geometry with less texture warping and corruption. But this is only true for first party games moreorless, third party on the saturn other than Traveller's Tales usually was poor. Jon Burton (love that guy on YT) did some vids on it.
