Cool, have one of those in my SS10 (used to have it in my SS20 but it ran so hot the system would crash).

My Axil has one 40MHz SuperSPARC, do you think running a second CPU would make it run too hot with the ZX? Also, the ZX is double stacked, is it possible to run other sbus cards with a ZX installed, or is it too tall? My understanding is that it should be fine. And if you can, is it likely to "cook" other cards that are installed? It would be nice to run a fast ethernet card in the system as well, if possible.

There are a couple of fun PowerFlip-style demos but no readily-available OpenGL drivers or commercial applications that can use it. Shame because I always wanted to pit it against an Indy XZ to compare benchmark scores, apparently the two were quite similar.

I don't intend to run anything newer than Solaris 2.6 on this system (I don't have the adapter to run it in my Ultra 1), so the driver issues aren't a big deal. I mostly just wanted a card capable of 24-bit color, though my understanding is that the ZX is generally pretty slow in most use cases.
