Octane completely dead - PSU repair?

Octane completely dead - PSU repair?
My Octane :Octane: does not start any more. There is no reaction when trying to turn it on; no sound, no leds, no fan. So I'm thinking it's a PSU problem.

Is this a known problem that has a fix? :huh: 

Are there any capacitors I should try to replace first in the PSU, or should I try to change all of them to see if it will fix anything?
