Now have what I need to pimp my R5k O2 to a 300mhz R12k mod. I'll be using a donor Octane 300mhz pimm and replacing the 250mhz R10k cpu in a module I bought on sale. All required chassis and cpu standoffs have arrived (purchased from Ian). I just have to deal with a viral infection (of the human kind) before I have the energy and steady hand to tackle the build and soldering.
