The links on the first page of this thread to the necessary love guide and files may default to https links based on your browser prefs but the site only responds to http, so just strip the s:

The IRIX.tar file(s) link is still avail in this thread as well.  I advise a win10 server side, super easy.  pay attention to the LABELS.txt file paths and watch the logs, it will tell you what's wrong.  I've successfully used this tool on my Indy R5K, an O2+ (R12K), Octane2 and even my Onyx2 (both R10K).
