For the record, Blacksmith has a scheduling conflict that prevents testing the results of the Fuel mainboard repair right now. I'm waiting to hear back from blacksmith on what symptoms, if any, remain. As the system may have additional issues based on the support thread: https://forums.irixnet.org/thread-3175.html
So no feedback has yet been left and this transaction is still open, but everything has been paid in full and the mainboard is back in blacksmith's possession.  Hopefully we'll know more in a couple weeks. There may be more work required to replace the D1780 IC on the other system components (but not the mainboard). Either of us will update this thread when we know more.

As Weblacky mentioned I am in vacation in Europe until 20th of August, but before I left from Canada I had several minutes and I turned on the Fuel. Everything is great, my Fuel is back to life thanks to Weblacky repairs.

I am back from vacation and I had more time to test my Fuel. Please see the attached picture (1 picture is worth 1000 words).
I just want to state once more that in the whole process (shipping to, repairs, shipping back, customs) communication with Weblacky and his work were outstanding. I highly recommend him for fixing your vintage components.
