Yes, I remembered that's why I asked if you could please Diff you current PROM dump from the one on my Google drive?  I'm curious if there is a difference of more than the two CPU and Hub speed values.  Since it's not the same board this time.

Also, what tells you that the "based on the "flash" diagnostics, it seems that the update only applies to one place".  The flash output claims to be programmed the BedRock...so what gives you the impression it's one place?  Can you elaborate?
