UPDATE: Package has been handed off to UPS Store!  Package should be on its way.

UPDATE 2: Canadian Customs had some hiccups and we have resolved it, delivery should now be on schedule for this coming Monday or Tuesday.  Backsmith, you have been terrific in your resolve, positive attitude, and very prompt communication throughout this process.  It's been a real pleasure doing business with you!
