[SOLVED] Problems with installing IRIX on my Octane

RE: Problems with installing IRIX on my Octane
This is my hinv, i do not know which serial is my MB and what mermory modules are, all i know the old disk which i replaced with the new one worked (IRIX was booting but i didn't have the root pass), so i can rule out the MB and RAM.
