I still use win7 for windows which I really like more than win10. Definitely a dual boot machine for win / linux.

I resisted the switch to Windows 10 from 7 for as long as I could, but finally bit the bullet when I knew I'd be doing the mobo/CPU upgrade. It's hasn't been *too* terrible, honestly. It updates all the damned time, but overall it feels just as responsive as 7 (which was my biggest concern), and like anything a lot of it was just getting used to the differences in interface.

Of course dual boot is a given.
