Latest purchase?
RE: Latest purchase?
Today I bought four new Bridgestone Potenza 245/40R18's for my Audi TT. (A boring, but necessary purchase, as the price of new tyres over here is about to rise by a whopping 40%!!!!)

A pair of vintage Oakley Eye Jackets for my collection: (In my opinion, these were the glasses that put Oakley on the map back in the 90's!)

As a kid I used to have a pair of full metal jackets, and I loved them!

I love their organic design!

I already have a very good example of the X-Metal Juliet's, now I just need a pair of X-Metal Romeo's to complete my Oakley Collection! (I'm unfortunately not a fan of their latest designs!)

Seiko DATA 2000 (like this on: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:...83575).jpg)

Complete with the keyboard. Just a bit used (one line of pixels seems to be dead) but they keep time (and notes) well.

I am no longer posting from the moose, SGI O2 with R10k/250, 1GB RAM,  IRIX 6.5.27, unfortunately.

Not a purchase but my lady friend bought me an Ever drive X7 for my birthday (still waiting for it)

If and when we can get a USB stack for IRIX I'll turn one of my O2's into an N64 dev box.

I finally tracked down a Doctor V64. i thought it was a prototype from photos, but it does turn out to be a production unit.

The CD drive has something in it, so time for me to build a PSU and look inside.

A 1985 Oberheim Xpander, a sonically super way to start the year...and a deal I couldn't refuse for a well kept California-built model.

Today I completed my purchase of the Voodoo5 5500 PCI card for my EPIC Socket 8 build. (I should hopefully have it in my possession in the next few weeks!)

This is definitely one of the most expensive retro graphics cards I've ever purchased!!! (The things I do for QUAKE!!!)
