indigo2 doesn't see scsi hdd
Hello,

Newbie here. I received an IBM DDRS-39130 HDD for my indigo2 today, but couldn't make it seen by the indigo2. The HDD is a 68-pin model, so I had to use a 68 to 50-pin adapter for for the HDD and sled. I have been playing with the jumper settings (pic of the jumpers is attached), but no luck.

Anyone had experience with this HDD?

Thanks,
ZY

I assume you tried with and without the termination jumper. Does the drive spin up?
These IBM drive series are not the fastest and quietest, btw. If you can source some more modern drives it will improve performance and keeps your ears at peace.
