Looking to extend /grow a volume 

I tried to find xlv on the booterizer disks but I can’t 

Also I hear Xvm can work as well but I can’t find a place to download either any ideas ?

I think even if you had the binary it wouldn't run without the FLEXlm license, which the hax-force license file doesn't have. Give xfs_growfs a try instead...

I tried xfs_growfs maybe I used it wrong but it didn’t grow I think you need xlv first

its bundled in irix you don’t need the liscense for many functions

It's in the overlays CD starting in 6.5.22, do you have that? What version of IRIX are you using?

6.5.30 I’m hoping not to load every single disk to try to find it

Finally found the answer on 6.5.30 it’s on foundation one in the sub you can invoke it from NetBoot or booterizer by inst keep *

Eoe.sw.xlv and get complications out the wazoo or do the graphical route on the system and go to just subs and select it and it should install without conflict

I installed xvm at the same time there are many many sub softwares you can install I didn’t even know.
