Mechanical Engineer now retired after a 43 year career with only 2 companies. Held PE License in Ohio for 30+ years (now inactive due to retirement). 2 US Patents. Did computer programming (Fortran, BASIC, DATAtrieve) and Discrete Event Simulation (GPSS/H, AutoMOD) for 6 years. Led teams doing machinery installations in Taiwan for 6 years.
Been to the top of the Sears Tower - Chicago, CN Tower - Toronto, Coit Tower - San Francisco, Seattle Space Needle - Seattle, Empire State Building - New York City, Seoul Tower - Seoul, Taipei 101 - Taipei, Sydney Tower - Sydney
Motorsports fan since childhood. Been to superspeedways, intermediate ovals, short ovals, asphalt & dirt, permanent road courses and street circuits. Have seen MANY touring series from Formula 1 to Legends Cars and everything in between. Have also driven a few race cars.
Fan of mid-century modern architecture and the works of Frank Lloyd Wright. Have visited many FLW designed structures including Taliesin West.
Computer enthusiast and have built 2 Hackintoshes; one of which I am using now.
Been to 35 states, 11 countries and worked with people from 17 countries.
