Worked in the IT industry in almost every capacity from 1984 through Oct. 2019 when I decided to quit where I was working, work from home, and do my own thing... months before COVID hit. Most of my career was as a IT Contractor, sometimes working for consulting firms until the affordable care act allowed me to get insurance despite having a pre-existing condition (triple bypass in 04/94).
I was primarily in the software development areas as a coder and manager, and never allowed any of my technical skills to deteriorate. My last job was a senior software architect in the medical industry.
My hobbies are software development, music composition and playing various musical instruments, graphic arts, and staying healthy.
