The new Wiki is ready to go and has replaced the Mediawiki install. It's based on Dokuwiki. Please feel free to create an account. I am still fleshing it out, but the pace of doing so has slowed.
As far as the fate of the old wiki, I'm proud to announce the old wiki in its entirety is available for download:
