ioQuake3 on a Onyx2 with IR3 graphics
I locked myself out of this machine after filming this and will have to source a DB9 to DB9 null modem to reset the graphics! :(

RE: ioQuake3 on a Onyx2 with IR3 graphics
I bought a null modem cable and used hyperlink on my 320 to reset the graphics on the Onyx2 via serial, so I'm now back up and running again.

Code:
/usr/gfx/KONA/bin/ireeprom -c

I tied to create a custom 1920x1080_60 vfo for the IR graphics set and I managed to compile one that wasn't valid.

I used the following command line: (After installing the video file compiler)

Code:
/usr/sbin/vfc -p “-DACTIVE_LINES=1080” -p “-DACTIVE_PIXELS=1920” -p “-DPFS=60” -c chip=voc1.def,board=dg4.def -o 1920x1080_60.vfo /usr/gfx/ucode/vfc/vfs/BlockSync.vfs

Any help with regards to compiling a custom vfo for this machine would be much appreciated!

you should be able to reset the gfx via network connection also. That's what I usually do/test first before I mess with any vfo's Smile
