I have set up a new theme for the forum, this will be replacing the other theme as the default for a few reasons:

1. It's less buggy. 
2. It's mobile-friendly
3. It's cleaner and easier to maintain. 

This will not be the default theme forever, but it's much cleaner and faster than the old theme was.

Cool, I'm digging it so far.
My only note is that the Avatar icons now seem to be stretched vertically next to each post.

I like the new theme better by quite a bit. Dare I say... more phpBB-like? It's nice.

After using it more, I will also say that, for me at least on my Samsung S9+, it's not quite as mobile friendly as the old one was. Mainly because everything seems much bigger and I have to scroll around a lot more to see things, and there doesn't seem to be a way to make it all smaller unless I get it served as a desktop site (which actually works just fine)

The borderless wasteland syndrome is making me twitchy, but if it helps resolve some of the forum issues I can put up with it until a better theme comes along later.

Thank you for your feedback everybody I know that the new theme is not perfect it also doesn't resolve all of the issues that we have currently but it's the best I can do until I can spend more time on a bespoke solution

This theme is cool. It has the old school internet 2.0 early 00s forum style. Fits our retro Irix world better anyways.
