you do not indicate what CPU board your Tezro has.
Is it an IP53 (700/800 Hz) or a newer IP59 (1 GHz) board ?
I have previously found that the newer IP59 board need newer L1 SW version (from recollection earliest IRIX with Tezro support was 6.5.21 and the L1 provided with this will not work with IP59 Board.
If you have IP59 and continue to have issues with General Exception or TBL Refill Exception, then you might need to put in older IP53 board then update L1 to new version (go to 6.5.30 to be sure, but do not update any L2 controller you might have to this version, as it has major bug that renders it unusable.
Do man flashsc for info on updating L1.
