He recently deleted them due to extreme dissatisfaction with the current direction of the site hosting them, so he gave me permission to rehost it.
I am wikifying important info at TechPubs, but I will also in the future make a verbatim copy in basic HTML. As I have desire to avoid promotion of a site that has been openly hostile to me, I will specifically be stripping the paper of all referential information. As I have permission of the original poster, our versions will become the authoritative ones.
