We decided to do a more formal post detailing the events and keeping a log of what's going on so we can track all of this disaster.

May 20th 2018:
Mid-afternoon of May 20th, 2018 me and several other users of Nekochan noticed it was offline.
I discovered, along with other users on Nekonoko's Twitter (nekonoko being the absentee creator of Nekochan) this post:
