IRIX moviemaker question

IRIX moviemaker question
One of the reasons I bought and SGI workstation was to edit videos on it. I found out the video editor built-in to IRIX 6.5.22 (called "moviemaker") had an impressive feature set. However, when I emulated IRIX 6.2, I was disappointed to find out that the feature set in that same moviemaker program was much more limited. In the future I want to make my Indy setup something more in-line with what was contemporary in the mid-'90s, which would mean installing IRIX 6.2. However, I'd still like to be able to use the more fully-featured version of moviemaker in that older install of IRIX.

Is there any way I could transfer the IRIX 6.5 version of moviemaker to IRIX 6.2?

RE: IRIX moviemaker question
Unlikely. 6.2 and 6.5 are very different API-wise and while apps can usually run on 6.5 if designed for 6.2, the reverse is almost never true.
