It needs a patch to get it working. I have tried many times to get it up and running. You also need to set some environment variables as well. But in the end, no license, it will not work.

I made a four-byte patch to allow it to run, I won't post it here, though you can PM me.

Does anyone happen to have more information on how to configure AutoCAD for operation after the install? I have a crack for the acad binary, but I still need to get the environment configured and set up. As of now, AutoCAD is complaining that the configuration file isn't valid and it doesn't have a license server.

There is a read me file that contains the info for environment setup in the distro.

Thanks - I did manage to get things set up correctly with a different archive than the one I had originally used. The one on Unix Files worked well.
