Nah...don't be so hard on yourself.  I'm sure the majority of us respect your willingness to even attempt these things (even when they don't work out).  A lot of us also know how much time and effort go into these sorts of projects and totally understand when things don't go according to plan.  You're trying, and that's what counts.

Speaking from experience:  I'm very good at starting projects but not so good at finishing them.  I work on stuff until I get frustrated and put it aside for months or years, sometimes forgetting about it altogether.  I suspect what you're going through is far more common and relatable than you realize.

Really, don't beat yourself up about it.

RE: IRIXCE Centauri (Patchset 1)
Hey guys I wanted to give you all a little update on what I've been working on.

To avoid prolonging the next update for too long I am only waiting on a couple of other things and I'm going to do my best to get something out by the end of the year.

A significant reason besides my living situation changing rapidly has been related to mental health and other issues but I'm not going to sit here and wax poetically on my personal problems.

The only real things that I would like to try to include with this next release are updates to the libraries, possibly a python release, some of my personal reverse engineering replacements that I've been working on that should make further integration a lot easier and just a couple of other things beyond that.

Hopefully I can get something out by the end of the year.

In order to prevent conflicts between Xenoware and Nekoware and this project which was a major problem with the current release I'm going to designate systems for development that don't overlap and this will go for other systems such as Indy testing. It's my hope that through community cooperation I should be able to get it working on a variety of other systems.

Thank you guys very much for being patient and I hope to have something to deliver by the end of the year and I'm giving myself that much time because number one I'm working alone and number two I know with everything going on that it's a much more realistic timeline than anything else. This is taking first priority simply because I think it's much more important that in the future we can go towards this for foundational development. In the future some of those projects might migrate to using it to simplify development but I want to wait until I have something that is running on the vast majority if not all systems.

Technical problems should be sent my way.
