Ram problem , always 16MB ram !
Hello everyone,
I've been working on emulating an SGI Indy using MAME, but I'm running into a problem where the emulated system always starts with 16MB of RAM. I haven't been able to find any information on how to increase the RAM for this emulation.
Here is the command I am currently using:
sh
Copy code
Code:
.\mame.exe indy_4610 -gio64_gfx xl24 -hard1 irix65_slow.chd -scsibus:2 harddisk -harddisk2 irix-sgi-freeware-cdroms.chd -window -nodrc -throttle -cheat
Is there a specific string or parameter I can add to this command to allocate more RAM to the emulated Indy? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

RE: Ram problem , always 16MB ram !
I have found a solution, apparently all new releases of mame suffer from this problem. I tried an old version of name 0.223 and the problem is solved.

I've found that I can set the RAM amount through the MAME menu that is triggered by hitting the Insert keyboard button, and then tab.
