[SOLVED] MAME going fullscreen
Hey guys, I've managed to make MAME work and emulate a Indy on my hackintosh, the only problem is that it goes fullscreen at it doesn't let me cmd+tab, exit fullscreen or anything else other than completely exiting the emulation. Since I have multiple displays, I would like to make it work in one, while keeping all my other windows open on the other one, has anyone experienced this "capturing the whole screen" behaviour? I'm following the neocities tutorial which worked wonders so far for me to learn how to use IRIX before commiting to purchase a Indigo2 or a Octane in the near future.

EDIT: After fiddling a bit with it, I've found that left alt + enter on windows and left option + enter on MacOS toggle between Fullscreen/Windowed Mode, may some find this useful or not I've decided to tell you this for anyone with the same problem.

Currently owning: Macintosh Quadra 900, PowerBook G4 15' 1.5Ghz, Sun Blade 100, IBM R51, Sony VAIO PCG-R505TSK, HP Z420, HP ProLiant DL120 G7, Want: SGI Octane2, Sun Ultra 30 Creator, HP 9000 C360 RIP: IBM T22, Compaq CQ40, HP DV7 4000 series.

RE: [SOLVED] MAME going fullscreen
I think I made the guide you're talking about. Let me know if you find a solution to the multi-monitor issue and I will add it to the setup instructions. The MAME (0.217?) documentation alludes to this functionality existing but I could never get it working on Linux.

Edit: I'm assuming we have the same issue but maybe not. I am unable to control the specific display it fullscreens on.
