RE: When UPS actually throws a O2 into the air they’ve massacred my boy
I’m sure he does, but he’s very busy at this time.
Make contact with him, and I’m sure he’ll sort you out when he can.

You know, I don't have the contacts but if anyone had the contacts to make "new" foam pieces from shipping SGIs, it would be good cottage industry. Hell, even a 3D printed matrix with space to attach like weather stripping or whatever to encase an SGI would do great as well.
It really comes down to people are no longer used to shipping heavy items to each other (businesses are of course) but not your average person. Consumer items are mostly small and light these days. Even when they realize an item is heavy...they still never put two and two together. When the item is like over 25 pounds, things change, when you crest 40 pounds or more...then it's a whole new ball park inside a common cardboard box.
I seriously think the FIRST tutorials we make should be shipping tutorials. Like, go to grainger or walmart or (approved known place), Buy this exact model of SealedAir RT Quick packing foam. Buy one of "these known boxes" for this exact system model, pack like this as shown in 4 steps, seal box and enjoy!
Yes it won't be cheap, but prices should reflect that anyway.
