I'm gonna take a wild guess and say for prototype ones, under 100, for production ones, under 2,000. Be, Inc was a small company.

There were fewer than 1000 dual-66 and 1000 dual-133 systems manufactured (about 950 and 850, I can't seem to find the numbers anymore), so definitely fewer than 2000  Smile
