Origin 300 disabling cpu's

Origin 300 disabling cpu's
I posted this in a different forum earlier...just realized this forum would be a better place - when hooking up a 2nd Origin 300 via Numalink is it possible to turn off the cpu's in the 2nd one?  If so, how?

Check out the 'enable' (and disable) commands in the PROM console:


Quote:disable  Disables hardware.
    disable -m modid -s slotid [-cpu a|b|c|d] [-mem [01234567]] [-pci [01234567]]

    enable    Enables hardware.
    enable -m modid -s slotid [-cpu a|b||c|d] [-mem [01234567]] [-pci [01234567]]
